What forms of payment do we accept?

You can make your payments via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit/debit cards (paying through PayPal or Mercado Pago).

Bank transfers or deposits and cash payments through Oxxo, 7-Eleven, Cirkle k, Soriana, Extra, Farmacias del Ahorro

Can I make a change to an order already placed?

Once your items are ready for shipping or have been shipped, it's not possible to update or change your order. However, we can help you make or modify details and information, such as your shipping address (while your order is in our warehouse). To make this change, please contact us at our WA 4496298586.

SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?

Our approximate delivery times in Mexico are 1 to 8 business days. In some cases, shipments may take longer than indicated. Therefore, we suggest you consider the area where your delivery will be made. The maximum delivery time in these areas can be up to 2 weeks after delivering your order to the courier.

If you make your purchase on Friday, your order will be shipped the following Monday or within 8 business days.

How can I track my order?

You can find information about the status of your order in the "shipping confirmation" email. If you don't find this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect order?

We want to support you if you experience this situation. Send us your order number and a photo of the incorrect item to: contacto@guayaberaslemaan.com and our team will contact you shortly to guide you through the next steps .

Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout Mexico and internationally.

How much does shipping cost?

We have 2 shipping methods: FREE for orders of 2 or more pieces and National shipping at a cost of $160.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We are here to help. If this has happened to you, please do not hesitate to contact us at the following email address: contacto@guayaberaslemaan.com. We ask that you attach the following information: order number, name of the person who made the purchase, and a photograph of the damaged item to identify your case.

BILLING

How do I request my invoice if I made my purchase online?

You can contact us at the following email address: contacto@guayaberaslemaan.com. You must include the following information:

  • Proof of tax status
  • Use of CFDI
  • Payment method
  • You made your purchase in a single payment or in installments.

Once we have your information, we will process your invoice, which should be sent to your email within 2 to 3 business days.
