🚚 Shipping Coverage

LeMaan only ships within the Mexican Republic .

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the shipping information is correct and complete to avoid delays or returns.


⏱️ Delivery Time

LeMaan does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Estimated delivery time:
Delivery takes 4 to 7 business days , starting from the order confirmation and processing date. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and external factors.

Delivery times may vary due to causes beyond LeMaan's control, such as weather conditions, traffic, road conditions, or incidents specific to the courier company.

Shipments are processed and delivered Monday through Friday , excluding official holidays.


🧾 Order Processing and Payment Confirmation

Delivery time begins once payment is confirmed .

  • Most payments are confirmed within 24 hours

  • The following payment methods may take up to 48 business hours to be confirmed:

    • Bank deposit at the teller window

    • Electronic transfer

    • Payment at OXXO

Once payment is received, the order preparation and shipping process begins.


💰 Shipping Cost

    • Preferential rate: From $95 MXN (in metropolitan areas and selected states).

    • Extended Zone: $139 MXN (applicable to border or hard-to-reach areas).

    • Coverage: We ship to all of Mexico.

    • Transparency: The system will automatically calculate the exact rate when you enter your Postal Code during the purchase process, before making the payment.


📍 Delivery Conditions

To ensure successful delivery, the customer must provide:

  • Whether the address is a house, apartment, or business

  • If it is a business, the name of the establishment and opening hours.

  • Local and/or mobile contact phone number

  • Reference streets, nearby points of interest, or additional directions, if applicable

Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Friday) within the hours established by the courier company.


🪪 Package Reception

At the time of delivery, the courier company may request a valid official identification (INE, passport, driver's license or other equivalent) from the person receiving the package.

Please have this document available.


📦 Package Review and Reports

All orders are carefully packaged before shipment.

If the package shows visible external damage (open, dented, wet, punctured or tampered with):

  • The observation must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • If the courier does not allow notes to be made, do not accept the package.

  • If the size or weight of the package does not match your order, do not accept it.

Once the package is accepted without comment, it is considered delivered in good condition.

After delivery, the customer has 24 hours to report:

  • Missing products

  • Damage not visible externally

No claims will be accepted after this deadline.


🚛 Shipping and Liability Services

Shipping services are provided by external courier companies and are not part of LeMaan.

Courier companies are responsible for delivering the package in good condition and within their estimated delivery time. In case of loss or damage, liability and any potential compensation will depend on the logistics provider's policies.

LeMaan will be able to provide support in the claims process; however, the final resolution will depend exclusively on the courier company .
