LeMaan makes no commitment to deliver on specific days. Delivery times may vary from 1 to 6 business days from the date shown on the guide, depending on weather, traffic, and road conditions.

LeMaan will request delivery to the address entered in the "Delivery Address" field on the purchase form in the online store www.guayaberaslemaan.com . Deliveries will be made on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, during the hours indicated by the courier on its website.
Upon delivery, the recipient will be asked for official identification (voter ID, passport, FM2 immigration form, or driver's license). Therefore, please have this document on hand when the purchase is delivered.
All shipments made by us and our suppliers are perfectly packaged. In the event that your order is delivered to you with physical damage by the courier, you must add a note when signing the manifest to the courier service employee indicating that the package shows signs of mishandling (box open, dented, perforated, wet, shrink-wrapped, etc.). Shipping Services: Our shipping services are external to us, meaning they are not part of our company. Therefore, the courier company is responsible for delivering the package in good condition and on time. In the event of a lost or damaged package, the courier company must assume responsibility for replacing it or compensating for the damage. We can assist with logistics in such a claim against the courier company, but we do not guarantee that the courier company will be entitled to compensation. Therefore, if your package arrives damaged and you accept it upon receipt, the courier company will determine that you agreed, and therefore, the claim cannot be pursued.
