Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy

At Guayaberas LeMaan, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read this policy carefully to understand the conditions under which cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

1. Conditions for Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be brand new, unused and in perfect condition

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Have proof of purchase

Include your order number and, if there is a defect, clear photographs of the product .

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Once the case is approved:

  • We will tell you the return procedure.

  • The product will be replaced at no additional cost , subject to availability.

  • Return shipping will be free only in cases of defective or incorrect products.

Replacement delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the courier company.

3. Changes (Size)

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, please send an email to:

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition and with original tags.

  • Changes are subject to availability.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The new product will be sent once the returned item has been received and checked.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you if your refund was approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase .

  • Processing time can be up to 15 business days , depending on the bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable , except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

5. Cancellations

In accordance with Article 56 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law , you may cancel your purchase:

  • Before receiving the product , or

  • Within 5 business days after receiving the shipping notification from the courier.

To request a cancellation, you must send an email to:

indicating your order number and the reason for the cancellation.

If the cancellation is approved and it is confirmed that the product is in perfect condition, unused and with original tags, the refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days .

In the case of cancellations, the shipping and insurance costs (both outbound and return) are the responsibility of the customer.
